"Decent place to sell, but the fees sting a bit"
I started putting a few of my items up on Creative Market just to see what would happen, and to be fair, it has brought in some customers I probably wouldn’t have reached on my own. When my shop gets a little visibility, the sales can feel encouraging. But then the commission comes out, and that’s the part that always makes me sigh a bit because it does take a noticeable chunk. Some months I’ll get a nice little run of sales, and other months things are quiet. Overall, it’s been okay and I’m glad I tried it, but I do wish sellers got to keep a bit more of what they earn

"Plenty of Credits for What I Need"
The subscription gives me enough credits to keep up with my projects, so I’m not constantly stressing about running out. Handy overall.

"The quality was not what I…"
The quality was not what I expected. I ended up having to spend extra time fixing and dealing with things that should’ve been right in the first place, which was frustrating.

"Good place for quick design stuff"
I use Creative Market mostly when I need a fonts or some templates fast. The prices are fair, and lot of the bundles feel like a good deal compared to buying everything one by one. Not every item is super cheap, but for the quality I usually get, it’s worth paying. It’s also easy to find the stuff I need without wasting too much time.

"My dispute was handled way better than I expected"
I’ll admit I’m already a bit biased toward Creative Market because I’ve found some great stuff there over the years, so I was hoping they wouldn’t let me down. I bought a template that ended up having an issue, and when the seller didn’t respond at first, I opened a dispute even though I wasn’t expecting it to go anywhere fast.
To my surprise, support actually reviewed the messages, asked me for a little more detail, and helped get everything sorted without making it a whole stressful ordeal. The refund came through quickly, and the outcome felt fair to me. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty Much What You See Is What You Get"
I’ve bought a few design files from Creative Market, the preview images were basically like what I ended up downloading. No weird surprises, no missing pieces, none of that annoying stuff that always makes online purchases feel risky. The colors, layout, and little details were close enough that I felt like I actually knew what I was getting. In general, when the product pages are that accurate, it makes everything feel way more trustworthy...

"Kind of a mixed bag"
Some stuff in the bundle was actually useful, but a few items felt a bit outdated or not the best quality. For the price, it’s still decent, but I wouldn’t say it totally wowed me

"Refund came through eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. Support was just a bit slow to respond, which got a little frustrating because I kept checking my email between errands and making coffee. Nothing terrible, just wish the replies had been quicker.

I kept trying to log in and it just wouldn’t work for some reason. There was something about it that felt really frustrating, especially since I had to wait quite a while for support to get back to me. Not the best experience.

I bought a font bundle from Creative Market, and overall it was a good experience. The product page was clear, and what I saw in the preview was pretty much exactly what I got after downloading it. The file types, license details, and examples all matched the description, which I really appreciated because that’s not always the case on other sites. That said, I do think the page could’ve been a little more user-friendly or maybe included a bit more detail about how the fonts look in real projects. But there were no major surprises, and I felt like I knew what I was paying for before I bought it. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

"Template wasn’t as compatible as I expected"
I bought this template thinking it would be easy to use, but about half the files wouldn’t open in my older version of Photoshop. The description didn’t really make that clear, so I ended up wasting a bunch of time trying to figure out what was wrong. If compatibility info isn’t listed more clearly going forward, I’ll probably just buy templates somewhere else.

"Wish I’d Checked the Licensing More Closely"
I’ve bought a few fonts and templates on Creative Market, and the files themselves have been totally fine. The site is easy enough to use, and checkout was quick, so no complaints there. I just kind of regret not paying closer attention to the licensing before buying. Sometimes I have to click around way too much to figure out if something can be used for client work or products. It’s not awful, but I really wish it were clearer upfront

Finding fonts and templates was easy. The filters worked well, and the pages loaded fast, so I wasn’t stuck clicking around forever. I’m guessing they’ve put some effort into organizing everything behind the scenes, because it felt smooth overall.

"Checkout was fast and painless"
I grabbed a font pack the other day, mostly because I was supposed to be working on something else and somehow ended up browsing fonts for way too long. Anyway, the payment went through really quickly, no random errors or annoying extra steps. I got the download right away, which was nice because I’ve definitely dealt with sites that make you feel like you need a treasure map just to find your purchase. Overall, it was smooth and easy.
